Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to introduce students to the basic concepts, processes and tools of project management and to teach the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation stages of projects that can be applied in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence. It is aimed that students can develop teamwork, time management, resource planning and reporting skills so that they can perform effective project management in their professional lives.

Basic concepts of project management, project initiation and scoping, project monitoring and control processes, reporting, documentation, sample project planning in the field of robotics/artificial intelligence
