Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to ensure that students gain knowledge and skills to evaluate costs associated with activities and outputs within the scope of alternative energy projecs.

Course Content

Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and Cost Management Concepts, Introduction to Cost Analyses: Cost concepts, Classification of Costs, Cost Distribution, Cost ORder Systems, Phase Cost systems, Cost-Based Accounting, Product Life Cycle Costing, Target Cost, Just in time Costing and Kaizen Costing

3.Can establish correlation between accounting and cost.

6.Within the business practices, can execute annual gross, threshold and unit cost of good estimations.
7.By executing cost estimations for a certain project purposes, can determine the most cost-effective solution.
