Objectives of the Course

Using computer aided tools for professional practices.

Course Content

Students are prepared for their professional design applications. In this course, isometric drawings for computer aided manufactuing of machine parts are taught.

Learning Outcomes
1.Uses the interface, command systematics and file management functions of computer-aided design software effectively.
2.Creates two-dimensional (2D) technical drawings of mechanical and electrical components in renewable energy systems in accordance with current standards.
3.Applies the dimensioning, tolerancing and surface treatment markings of the designed energy installation projects completely according to technical requirements.
4.Draws the hardware of energy production facilities in three dimensions (3D) and defines part assembly relations in the digital environment.
5.During the design and modeling phase, it constructs safe assembly scenarios by taking into account occupational health and safety criteria and quality management standards.
6.Assumes responsibility for the modeling tasks assigned to them within the scope of comprehensive power plant layout planning that requires teamwork.
