Objectives of the Course

This course is aimed to acquire qualifications related to quality assurance standards for business life.

Course Content

Quality and quality control concepts, quality control organization, quality elements of quality, purposes of quality control, classification of quality characteristics, quality control inspection and analysis, quality control sampling, control system and standards

Learning Outcomes
1.Defines the basic quality management systems and standards applied in the renewable energy sector.
2.Explains the concepts of quality assurance and quality control, distinguishing their functional differences in energy production processes.
3.Prepares technical documentation and reporting in accordance with quality standards during maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational processes in energy facilities.
4.Analyzes performance monitoring and continuous improvement (Kaizen) methods necessary for enterprises to achieve their quality objectives.
5.Evaluates the problems encountered in quality control processes with an analytical approach and performs root cause analysis.
6.Integrates and applies occupational health, safety, and environmental management standards in renewable energy investment or scientific research projects.
7.Actively participates in teamwork during quality audit processes and assumes responsibility in internal audit activities.
8.Analyzes the impacts of quality management systems on green transformation, sustainability, and corporate efficiency.
