Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework Approach, Project Planning Processes
| 1. | Defines project management concepts, basic project cycle stages, and unique workflows in energy projects. |
| 2. | Determines the objectives, scope, budget, and time planning of an energy project in accordance with technical standards. |
