Learning Outcomes
1.Defines project management concepts, basic project cycle stages, and unique workflows in energy projects.
2.Determines the objectives, scope, budget, and time planning of an energy project in accordance with technical standards.
3.Analyzes risks that may be encountered in renewable energy investments and develops strategies to minimize these risks.
4.Manages the installation process of the energy facility efficiently by optimizing project resources (manpower, equipment, materials).
5.Manages project stakeholder expectations and carries out cooperation processes by developing effective communication strategies.
6.Integrates quality management standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and occupational health and safety legislation into project activities.
