Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge and skills in table tennis, improve their physical fitness, develop sportsmanship values, and encourage lifelong participation in recreational sports activities.

Course Content

History of table tennis, equipment and facilities, basic rules of the game, racket grip techniques, forehand and backhand strokes, service and service return techniques, footwork, basic tactical applications, singles and doubles game rules, match organization, and tournament practices.
