Objectives of the Course

This course aims to provide students with the application competencies of quality management systems.

Gaining the application competencies of quality management systems.

Learning Outcomes
1.Explains the concepts of quality, quality assurance, quality management, and continuous improvement; evaluates the importance of quality culture for institutions and enterprises.
2.Defines national and international quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, ISO 17025, etc.) and compares their application areas across different sectors.
3.Plans quality processes by analyzing the documentation structure, process management, risk-based thinking approach, and performance indicators of quality management systems.
4.Implements and evaluates internal audits, non-conformity management, corrective and preventive actions, as well as accreditation and certification processes within the scope of the quality management system.
5.Develops solution proposals for quality problems encountered in education, agriculture, food, and engineering fields using quality assurance principles; makes decisions in line with the understanding of ethics, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
