Objectives of the Course

To teach students the fundamental concepts, principles, and analysis techniques of production management, and to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to apply these techniques in business life.

Course Content

Capacity planning, maintenance and repair planning, inventory/stock control, job analysis, production planning and control, quality and statistical quality control techniques

3.Analyze quality management, maintenance management, and productivity enhancement techniques in production processes.
4.Apply decision-making methods in production systems by considering cost, quality, time, and resource utilization.
5.Develop solution proposals for the improvement of production systems by evaluating Industry 4.0, digitalization, and sustainable production approaches.
