Objectives of the Course

The tractor is the most important power source in the agricultural sector. It has many important components that distinguish it from other motor vehicles. The second main objective is to learn the subject in terms of management, repair, and maintenance by highlighting the distinct features of the tractor. In order to fully reveal the suitability of the tractor-implement match and the suitability of the tractor for the enterprise, the tractor is studied in depth in terms of structure, vehicle mechanics, and power distribution.

Course Content

After examining the definition and development of the tractor and the classification of tractors, the main structural elements of tractors, tractor equipment, tractor mechanics, tractor power, and tractor testing are learned in depth. In practice, general information about tractors, points to consider when buying a tractor, tractor operation, tractor power delivery systems, tractor maintenance, major tractor malfunctions and their troubleshooting are covered, and sample problems related to the theoretical topics are solved.
