Dersin amacı, başta ülkemiz olmak üzere turizm coğrafyası hakkında bilgi sahibi olmaktır.
Dersin içerdiği konular; turizm coğrafyası kapsamında doğal oluşumlar, doğal kaynaklar, iklimsel özellikler, dünyadan ve ülkemizden örnekler anlatılacaktır.
