Objectives of the Course

This course aims that teach about intellectual property rights and right of reply and correction

Course Content

The concept of freedom of the press, the press and broadcasting legislation, intellectual property rights, right of reply and correction, and other legal regulations, differences in national regulations in the world of mass communications, the U.S. and the EU countries of the press law and the electromagnetic state of publishing and the mass media's relationship with the legal regulations, the development of the press and freedom of expression, new communication technologies, regulations, and law-abiding knowledge of contemporary developments in the legal profession
