Objectives of the Course

Knowledge and general corporation and terms about constitutional law, government, goverment’s basic organs and goal is to give sufficient knowledge about the relationship of the organs.

Course Content

Term of constitutional law, Making and changing of constitutional law, the development of the Ottoman- Turkish constitution, basic qualities of the government, living according to the constitution of 1982 execution – the organization of justice, justice of constitution, basic right and topics like freedom of regime will be issued.

1.General knowledge about constitutional law, can express historic development and justice of constitution.
2.Can define the term of government, government types, can talk about the relationship of these organs.
3.The term of election and systems. Can define and list the features of the power which made /changed the constitution.
4.Basic rights and independencies, the classification of basic rights and independencies, classificationı, can clarify methods and systems which need to be guarded.
