With the death of the legator a legal position arises, heirship, purparty, purpose is to teach and improve the knowledge of sharing property which the legator left behind.
Basic terms of inheritance law, the ownership of right for inheritance law, statutory heirs, savings regarding death, testament, inheritance contract, the cancellation of savings regarding death , reserved portion, criticism of reserved portion regarding death, referred heritage of inheritance,the partition of inheritance, the world around inheritance will be issued.
