The aim of this course is to enable students to professionally support an executive’s work processes and to carry out time, calendar, meeting, travel, communication, document, and visitor management services in accordance with ethical principles and confidentiality requirements.
The role and competencies of executive assistants; professional ethics and confidentiality; executive working styles; time and priority management; calendar and appointment management; meeting, travel, and event organization; telephone and e-mail communication; information research and reporting; protocol, visitor, crisis, and stress management; and digital and hybrid executive assistance.
