The aim of this course is to enhance individuals' "social intelligence" and "corporate prestige" alongside technical knowledge, enabling them to flawlessly manage formal processes in the business world where errors are unacceptable. It teaches students the written and unwritten rules that must be applied in formal relationships, ceremonies, and events in both the public (government) and private sectors.
The Protocol and Organization Techniques course consists of two main focus areas that enable students to gain respect in corporate and formal life and manage events flawlessly: Protocol Dimension: Covers hierarchical rules in public and social life, official and vehicle protocol, state and corporate precedence orders, formal address/correspondence techniques, dress codes, and table etiquette at formal dinners. Organization Dimension: Includes all operational processes of all types of events such as congresses, conferences, openings, and ceremonies, from the idea stage to budgeting; from venue, stage, and technical logistics to invitation/RSVP processes; from VIP guest hosting to crisis management and post-event reporting. In short, the course equips students with the skills to conduct relationships in the public and private sectors in accordance with protocol rules, to host guests without errors, and to professionally plan and manage corporate events.
