Objectives of the Course

To provide information on the basic concepts and principles of property law, including real rights, possession, and the land registry

Course Content

The concept and principles of real rights, possession, the concept and elements of the land registry, the principles governing the land registry, land registry documents, land registry procedures (registration, annotation, declaration, cancellation, amendment, change of land classification, subdivision, consolidation, dedication to a public road, creation of a public road, and correction), and the correction of errors in accordance with the Turkish Civil Code and the Cadastre Law will be covered.
