Objectives of the Course

Giving theoratical and applied information about cadastre registration

Course Content

The concept of Land Registry, the principles governing the Land Registry, immovable properties and rights to be registered in the Land Registry, the Land Registry organization, registers in the Land Registry office, application to the Land Registry, Land Registry procedures (Registration-Annotation-Declaration), acquisition of immovable property ownership, forgery and measures to be taken against forgery, notarial procedures.
