Objectives of the Course

It is to make students comprehend the functions of business management, to teach organizational theories, to gain the necessary knowledge to correctly define and solve management problems.

Course Content

Business management; together with the functions of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; organizational decision making, classical organizational theories, neo-classical (behavioral) approaches, modern organizational theories and post-modern (contemporary) organizational approaches.

1.Knows what management is and can explain its functions
2.Knows planning, having knowledge about planning and preparing strategic plan.
3.To know the stages and features of the organizing process.
