To introduce students to processes and methods that will enable the effective use of human resources in line with the business objectives of human resources management. To teach the basic concepts of HRM, To gain the ability to use HRM information to increase corporate performance, To gain the ability to use HRM information to increase employee satisfaction.
It covers basic functions such as management of human resources, organization of the enterprise, job analysis, personnel planning, recruitment and selection of personnel, training, orientation, training and development, career planning, reward and remuneration, which are included in the support activities of the enterprise.
