Objectives of the Course

Introducing the basic concepts and institutions of Communication Law with the Communication Law course; It is aimed to have information about the legal regulations related to this field.

Regulation of freedom of thought and expression in the European Convention on Human Rights, comparison with constitutional provisions, Evaluation of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights
