Objectives of the Course

Giving information about the features and functioning of the most used printing systems in the printing industry (Letterpress, offset, gravure, flexo, serigraphy printing). The student is taught about digital printing, printing types, how a job is produced in digital printing and on which digital printing device the job will be printed.

Course Content

Letterpress Printing System, realization of printing and examination of machines, Offset Printing System, realization of printing and examination of machines, Flexo Printing System, realization of printing and examination of machines, Intaglio Printing System, realization of printing and examination of machines, Screen Printing System, realization of printing and examination of machines, training is provided. Today's printing systems, digital printing types, large format printing, outdoor printing, solvent inkjet printing, photo printing, digital printing for proofing purposes, high digital printing, toner systems, inkjet systems, indigo digital printing system, calibration of digital printing system, color management in digital printing, digital printing current applications and future.
