The Associate Degree Program in Business Administration is a two-year higher education program designed to train qualified mid-level professionals who possess the fundamental business knowledge and skills required by public and private sector organizations, embrace the principles of professional ethics, think analytically, have strong communication skills, and can adapt to the evolving business environment. The program is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge in management, accounting, marketing, finance, law, economics, entrepreneurship, and digital business, and to prepare them for the professional world by reinforcing their theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Graduates have the opportunity to work in various roles at public institutions, private-sector companies, financial institutions, service-sector businesses, manufacturing companies, and their own startups; provided they meet the necessary requirements, they may continue their education toward a bachelor’s degree through the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS).
History
The Management and Organization Department under the ISCED was established in 2011-2012 academic year. The Department has a Business Management program.

Purpose
The objective of the Business Administration Program is to train qualified professionals who possess the knowledge and skills required by public and private sector organizations in the fundamental areas of business administration, who can think analytically, communicate effectively, adhere to ethical values, adapt to technological advancements, and are adept at teamwork.
