The course aims to enable students to define the basic concepts of Organizational Behavior, examine the fundamental principles governing how individuals and/or groups behave within an organization, and develop the ability to analyze and interpret the effects of individual behavior on organizational performance.

The course will cover topics such as individual attitudes and behaviors in organizations, motivation and job satisfaction, perception, managing diversity, learning and creativity, conflict and conflict resolution methods, stress and coping strategies, leadership, organizational learning, organizational development and change management, and organizational processes.
