Objectives of the Course

To teach students the necessary and sufficient mathematical knowledge to help them understand topics related to economic life; to provide them with basic knowledge, concepts, and applications related to commercial transactions; to help them grasp the commercial numerical operations they may encounter in the workplace; and to enable them to establish interdisciplinary connections

Course Content

Percentage and per mille calculations, the concept of ratios and proportions, cost-of-sales and profit calculations, simple and compound interest, discount calculations, annuity calculations
