The aim of this course is to provide students with fundamental knowledge of management principles, management functions, organizational structures, and contemporary management approaches, and to develop their ability to analyze management processes and evaluate effective management practices in organizations.
This course covers the basic concepts of management, management functions, organizational structures, and management approaches. It also examines leadership, decision-making, digital transformation, and contemporary management practices.
