Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to enable students to explain individual, group, and organizational behaviors, evaluate the factors affecting organizational behavior, and develop solution-oriented approaches to behavioral issues encountered in the workplace.

Course Content

This course covers the basic concepts of organizational behavior, individual and group behavior, motivation, leadership, communication, organizational culture, and contemporary workplace practices.
