Objectives of the Course

It is intended to be prepared to be guided from a point of view about the instrument and the transfer process in relation to Classical and Contemporary management systems.

Course Content

Along with the concept of globalization that emerged as a result of technological developments since the second half of the twentieth century, the management approaches of both business and public administrations have undergone various changes and transformations. The widespread use of the internet, especially in the 2000s, transformed the relations of production and consumption and brought about the maturation of management approaches that put people more in the center. In this course; It is aimed that students learn classical and contemporary management approaches together with their historical background and provide preparation by associating the possible situations they will encounter with these approaches.
