Objectives of the Course

To gain skills in advanced life support applications.

Course Content

Advanced life support perspective, the human factor and the quality status in resuscitation, preventing worsening of recognition and cardiorespiratory arrest, hospital resuscitation, advanced life support algorithms, airline kept open and ventilation, advanced airway applications, pre-hospital use in acute care medications, cardiac monitoring, ECG, defibrillation and cardioversion applications, resuscitation after cardiac arrest in the pre-hospital care, blood gas analysis and pulse oximetry, decisions about resuscitation, supporting caregivers in resuscitation.
