To provide students with basic knowledge of ergonomics and body mechanics and enable them to apply correct posture and safe movement principles in daily life, clinical settings, and working environments.
Basic concepts of ergonomics, posture, body mechanics, workplace ergonomics, patient transfer techniques, occupational musculoskeletal disorders, and preventive approaches are covered.
