Objectives of the Course

To enable students to understand the relationship between ergonomics and health, apply ergonomic principles in daily life, educational and work environments, develop healthy lifestyle habits, and evaluate ergonomic risk factors.

Course Content

This course covers the basic concepts of ergonomics, human factors, posture and postural habits, workplace ergonomics, digital ergonomics, school and home ergonomics, ergonomics for older adults, ergonomic risk factors, work-related musculoskeletal disorders, and ergonomic approaches for health promotion
