Objectives of the Course

Teaching the classification and nomenclature of microorganisms that cause infectious diseases, as well as their anatomical structures, genetics, nutrition, reproduction, and metabolism.

Course Content

Characteristics of bacteria, named and anatomical structures, bacterial pathogenicity, antimicrobial classes, basic bacteriology, gram negative and positive organisms.
