Programme Outcomes
1.Describes the basic characteristics of animal species and breeds.
2.Assists the veterinarian during examinations, imaging procedures, and surgical interventions, and carries out all procedures planned by the veterinarian.
3.Explains the laboratory environment and procedures related to animal health, and applies laboratory hygiene and safety practices.
4.Explains animal rights, animal welfare, and ethical principles.
5.Assists the veterinarian in preparing prevention and control measures for infectious diseases and parasitic infestations, as well as in developing animal nutrition protocols.
6.Possesses fundamental, up-to-date, and practical knowledge related to the profession.
7.Has knowledge of occupational health and safety, environmental awareness, and quality processes.
8.Follows current developments and practices in their profession and uses them effectively.
9.Effectively uses information technologies related to the profession (such as software, programs, animation, etc.).
10.Possesses the ability to independently evaluate professional problems and issues with an analytical and critical approach, and to propose solutions.
11.Can effectively present thoughts in writing and verbally at the level of knowledge and skills, and expresses them clearly.
12.Takes responsibility as a team member to solve complex and unforeseen problems encountered in practices related to their field.
