Objectives of the Course

The researching of basic processes in raw materials, by-products and products for the food industry, giving the system and analysis of theese treatment for the students.

Course Content

The heat treatment, factors effective in the heat treatment, pasteurization, sterilization, cooling ang frezind technology, drying, evaporation, extruzation, cristalization, blanching and cooking methods, fermantation, food storage systems, controlled and modified atmosphere storage, food radiation technology.
