The aim of this course is to present the situation of sports culture and understanding in the world and in our country, what we should do for social mobility, the spread of culture for everyone, and the understanding and structuring of sports for everyone in Turkey and in the world. Conceptually, Sport for All (CLO) covers definition, purpose, benefits, application groups. In line with the purpose factor, it covers sections such as health, rehabilitation, recreational purposes, sports for children, young people, women, elderly people, disabled people, outdoor sports and things to be considered in the field of application.
To increase physical mobility and application area. To include sustainable, expandable activity and exercise management in our lives. To increase the quality of life. Paying attention to a healthy, adequate and balanced diet. Knowing that regular and controlled sports will be beneficial and developing self-responsibility awareness.
