Objectives of the Course

This course aimed to provide to students production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to Turkish Codex and regulations.

Course Content

Production of natural spring water, the production of beer, wine production, the production of distilled alcohol beverages, carbonated beverage production and other non-alcoholic beverages (energy drinks, sports drinks, turnips, etc.). .
