Objectives of the Course

This course aimed to gain qualification the students to make pf drinking milk, condensed and dried milk products according to Turkish Food Codex and TS standards.

Course Content

In this course, sterilize drinking milk produced in our country and as well as production of pasteurized milk and milk powder qualification were teached and storage of this products was ekplained.
