Objectives of the Course

This course aimed to gain to students to provide of selection of location in dairy firm, selection of appropriate processes to be machined products, construction materials, selection of dairy facilities and auxiliary services, forming of inside of firm and organization of collection of raw milk regulation according to TS and accordance with the Turkish Food Codex,.

Course Content

Selection of area for dairy farm and milk collection for small and medium-sized enterprises, planning of auxiliary units and variety of places to dairy products are described and displayed.
