Objectives of the Course

This course provides students with TS in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex and prepare the mixture to produce ice cream, mix process aimed to gain qualifications

Course Content

This course will prepare the mixture of ice cream ice cream raw materials used in the production of raw materials, allowing to perform it is taught.
