Objectives of the Course

This course aims to teach students the concepts of production and production, as well as topics such as bringing milk to the business, pricing, raw material supply, stock control, and product marketing.

Course Content

In this course; topics such as the concept and subjects of production, general characteristics of the dairy industry, how the raw materials and auxiliary materials required for product production are provided, the organization of bringing milk to the business, yield, stock system and pricing of milk are taught.
