Objectives of the Course

This course provides students with TS standards of Turkish Food Codex and glass materials, packaging, plastics and plastic-based packaging materials and packaging, tin packaging materials, packaging materials, packaging, and paper and cardboard aimed to gain qualifications

Course Content

This course will examine a variety of packing materials used in the dairy industry, dairy products, biotic and abiotic disturbances that may occur during storage, packaging materials and learning how to increase the shelf life of products and packaging are taught to do.
