Objectives of the Course

This course aims to teach the preparation of milk for processing in the dairy industry, the tools and equipment used in processing various products, the tools and equipment used in product packaging, and the tools and equipment used in cleaning workplace tools and equipment. It also aims to teach the tools and machines required for new product development and opening a new workplace.

Course Content

In this course, topics such as milk transportation, milk acceptance, product processing, product packaging and cleaning of workplace tools and equipment are covered.
