Objectives of the Course

This course provides students with the legislation and in accordance with the methods of analysis and their products, take samples of milk and dairy products, raw milk and milk analysis to determine the suitability of processing / evaluating aimed to gain competencies.

Course Content

This course will measure compliance to process raw milk from dairies, the milk from which the products will be committed within the framework of the quality of decision-making criteria and related analyzes to be discussed.
