How is organic farming in the world and in Turkey, legislation and control mechanism, how it works? The general principles of crop and animal production and to teach the principles of organic agriculture to start.

Organic vegetable production in the world and in our country (development, dissemination, organically grown products)

Organic livestock production in the world and in our country (development, dissemination, organically produced products)

Establishing the principles of organic vegetable production enterprises (field, garden, selection and transition time)
Week 5 - Theoretical
Establishing the principles of organic animal production enterprises (animal selection and switching time)
Week 6 - Theoretical
The realization of organic production (the transition process, requirements, execution and monitoring bodies, inspection and certification procedures)
