The objective of the course is to teach students the importance and current state of small ruminant breeding in the world and in Turkey, is to recognize goat and sheep breeds, is to gain knowledge and skill competencies related to obtain economical and high quality of sheep and goat milk and meat concerning animal breeding, improvement, management and nutrition of small ruminants.
