The Tourism and Hotel Management program offers a 2-year associate degree following high school education, utilizing the 3+1 WTP (Workplace Training Program) model, which consists of 3 semesters of theoretical education and 1 semester of practical training at a business. Students are admitted through the Student Selection Examination (ÖSS) administered by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). There are 35 students enrolled in the program. Students are required to take all courses offered within the program and achieve a passing grade of at least 60 out of 100. Additionally, to graduate, students must successfully complete a voluntary 30-day internship.
History
Didim Vocational School started education on Didim Campus of Adnan Menderes University in 2005. The campus is located on Akbük bay and it is 13 km far from Didim and 7 km from Akbük. The school provides a-three-year study (including one year of English prep classes) in three different departments which are; - Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, - Tourism and Hotel Management Department, - Tourism and Travel Management Department.

Purpose
The aim of the department is to raise students that are well educated and have an advanced level of vocational experience for tourism industry. The department aims to meet the needs of industry via raising students that use vocational automation software and have upper-intermediate level of English. Parallel to contemporary tourism mentality, the department aims to raise students who are able to work at hotels, restaurants and touristic destinations which serve various services so as to meet all the expectations of the guests.
