Objectives of the Course

In this course, it is aimed to make the students apply their theoretical knowledge into practice and enrich their skills, knowledge and creativity via practicing.

Course Content

The students are placed to hotels’ related departments proper to instructions of vocational school.

1.Learning department procedures in hotel management, expectations from staff in hotel management and rules about hotel management
2. Will be able to present the information in a formal report.
3. Will be able to define the relations between the units in the institution / company.
4. Will be able to acquire new knowledge / skills not given in university education during the internship period.
5. Will be able to evaluate the practical reflections of the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in university education.
