Objectives of the Course

To understand effective management of human resources in the business environment in the organization techniques. In this framework, human function in organizations , human resources management systems, cedures and activities the aim of this course is to evaluate.

Course Content

Strategic human resources management, globalization, performance evaluation, training, employee motivation, rewarding techniques, interview methods will be covered in the course.
