Objectives of the Course

In this course, it is aimed to make the students apply their theoretical knowledge into practice and enrich their skills, knowledge and creativity via practicing.

Course Content

This is a two-day practice for students to be able to know about basic concepts of tourism industry. This vocational practice is carried out in the five-star Caprice Thermal Palace Hotel after theoretical lessons at school. Students should be able to know about basic concepts and applications of every department in a hospitality establishment.
