Objectives of the Course

This course aims to teach the students about the legal activities of the management.

Course Content

Characteristics of the rules of law and differentiation from other social order rules; contemporary legal systems; compilation movement in law and compilation of Turkish Law; sanction and types; public law, private law, mixed law branches and subdivisions; Turkish positive laws and problems; implementation of various aspects of the law; right; concepts of rights ownership and competency; responsibility and accountability

1.The student understands the difference between legal rules and other social rules (religion, morality, etiquette) and the types of sanctions.
2.The student correctly uses fundamental concepts such as right, obligation, capacity, person, judgment, and branch of law.

The definition of law, different meaning, the purpose of law, the fundamental characteristics of the rule of law, types of law.
