1.Explains the operation of the front office department and evaluates its coordination with other departments within the accommodation business (housekeeping, accounting, sales and marketing, etc.).
2.He/she performs reservation taking, check-in/check-out procedures, customer record creation, and room sales processes practically.
3.Within the scope of customer relationship management, effectively implements guest reception, communication, and service delivery processes.
4.Effectively uses automation systems and information technologies used in front office operations.
5.By analyzing the operational issues encountered in the front office services process, they develop solution proposals and contribute to teamwork.
